I was massively chuffed back in my SVN days asking a vet if her puzzling Fat Feline in Pain case could be pansteatitis as the elderly owner had told me she only fed the poor thing &amp;quot;best tuna chunks&amp;quot;. Bingo! Info like this does come in handy sometimes. Mind you, never had occasion to use it since. Exit one accomplished nurse, one happy vet with a diagnosis and one disgruntled cat whose Days of Tuna were done, hahahaha!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

The nurse answered 4 and it was wrong. They don&amp;#39;t tell you the correct answer but IME they&amp;#39;re all predisposing factors and they are even listed as such in their textbooks!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Mind you I was helping my nurses with their revision for their exams yesterday couldn&amp;#39;t answer half the questions, especially on reptiles, or didn&amp;#39;t agree with the &amp;#39;correct&amp;#39; answer so what hope is there for them?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
