&lt;p&gt;Interesting evidenced based study that I saw in a review 2 days ago in a magazine hanging about (sorry I think it was RCVS related)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It basically said that, the evidence for giving anti-toxin at any stage was pretty flimsy and if memory serves me right, only then within the first 24 hours&lt;/p&gt;
