Depends on history, clinical findings and rads.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Would be more concerned by the elbows- although am not an orthopod!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Dog was referred by a colleague for suspected elbow dysplasia (now confirmed) but the orthopod commented that the &amp;quot;sesamoid disease&amp;quot; might also be contributing to the lameness.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
