We have got Ulgastron which seems to be identical to Antepsin.

Thank you!! We were just talking about this today, how much we missed antepsin! Recently one of patients came back from the emergency clinic with it, so we were discussing where we could get it from- Vetsurgeon.org to the rescue!!

get it from veenak £25 for 100ml bottle. we get all cascade drugs from them.

We get sucralfate in paste form from Bova Pharmaceuticals, who are a compounding pharmacy based in the UK. We get through loads of it in horses. £60 for 250ml, 500mg/ml. As they formulate it themselves they may be able to do a smaller quantity for you.

antepsin about 30p a ml I think through Munro vet. need to register with VMD for STC.

We have been getting it from Veenak and its not expensive.

I can't remember exactly but "prohibitively" is what springs to mind from when I looked into imports last year.

All the other suggestions are not much help, none of them contain sucralphate which works in a totally different way to aluminium salts.

Apparently you can import Antepsin from Italy on an STC, but expensive
We have used Peptac ('generic' version of gaviscon original) but it's different ingredients
