It was quite large and edematic, and there was no chance of putting it back. &lt;p&gt;this is how it looked. It was not in season.&lt;br /&gt;It took a lot of effort to get it back in. Leave for a couple of weeks to form some granulation before removal. Failing that I would perform a pull through technique and amputate the prolapsed bit.
