&lt;p&gt;Depends how confident you are surgically, what the owner wants and what the budget is.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If this was my dog I&amp;#39;d probably pin my hopes on masivet first, but you need some idea of grade and for that you need a biopsy.&lt;/p&gt;
