&lt;p&gt;Because we used to get a lot of specialist input with clinical discussion on here before it became a load of waffling about the same old things again and again.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;OP - looks like an interesting case, and yes I have had success picking neurologist&amp;#39;s brains especially when accompanied with videos in the past, but you do have to pick the right one!&lt;/p&gt;

I think the diagnosis was after imaging and joint/CSF taps all came back normal.&lt;/p&gt;
