&lt;p&gt;Perhaps support the limbs with firm dressings, and prevent trauma.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If there is a significant Valgus deformity, then perhaps an Orthopod need to be consulted about straightening them up, before the growth plates close...? Any chance of some video footage?&lt;/p&gt;
