Had an atopic dog owner ask me about it this week - they had seen on social media that it was some kind of miracle

RE: Stinky Stuff

'Stops all skin irritations.
Wow.

RE: Stinky Stuff
It appears mainly to treat sweet itch , v strange stuff
If it is sticky as well as stinky, wouldn't that be its main mode of action against midges anyway?

RE: Stinky Stuff
Horsey crowd are very keen on it. It appears mainly to treat sweet itch , v strange stuff , it's stinky. God knows what it is , could be napalm ..... suspect in sweet itch works ( anecdotally) by smelling so odd the midges would rather die than land on a horse smeared with it .
It's also one thing putting it on a horse who spends its time out in the field, but I cannot begin to imagine the mess and smell of coating a house dog in it!

RE: Stinky Stuff
It's either miracle juice or a total rip-off, depending on whether it appears to have coincided with the clinical signs spontaneously regressing cured the problem or not. I know I am sick and tired of going to see horses and coming away with my hands/clothes covered in thick oily disgustingly smelly crap that the washing machine/hibiscrub and a nail brush struggle to shift.

I assume it has neem oil in it, but will have to assume as it would appear to be near impossible to pin down the exact ingredients.

RE: Stinky Stuff

I literally saw a Facebook and for this the other day!!

RE: Stinky Stuff

Horsey crowd are very keen on it. Atopic dog has dragon poo massaged into the skin and gets better when the pollen changes!

Let them get on with wasting their money if they really want.

Alternative is to get evidence of clinically adequate trial work which will, of course, not be there!
