 Only did x ray on the affected limb, maybe the others manifest the same pattern.. 
 
 Only the epiphysis are affected 
 Hemogram Normal, chemistry pannel normal (even kidney- secondary hyperparath.)

&lt;p&gt;This looks like normal pattern in the metaphyseal bone; if there is shoulder pain an orthogonal view of the shoulder would be helpful, but bear in mind that a soft-tissue lesion may not be apparent radiographically and can be frustrating to diagnose.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
