&lt;p&gt;Radiotherapy can also help with palliation of pain from osteosarc.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But the BNF lists about 10 different generics of alendronate and we have been using those over the branded for some time. I see no reason these shouldn&amp;#39;t exist over there as well?&lt;/p&gt;
