 I&amp;#39;ve defaced the ECG with some colour to try to make any chat that follows hopefully easier and only posted a third or the 5min trace ran.

I need to sit down with a cardiology text book for this but it looks like ectopic P waves with a degree of acrochage to me but what is interesting is that not every -ve P wave results in a premature ventricular complex. Whatever it is almost certainly secondary to cardiac failure so I would be looking to confirm and treat that. I&amp;#39;ll be back if I have any better thoughts but it is Saturday night and the Islay Malts are beckoning!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
