If this is not a client of yours, then I would avoid offering any advice. If they wish to come and see you for a second opinion then it can be done properly by contacting the normal practice and obtaining full history etc and all being above board.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If I&amp;#39;ve got the wrong end of the stick and it&amp;#39;s actually your patient: if it&amp;#39;s not currently bothering the dog I would probably give it some time and see if it resolves on it&amp;#39;s own.
