I will use charts, but prefer to calculate on a dose/kg basis. Not least because I'll often tailor the pre-med to the animal's demeanour/condition.

Make your own. If you can use formulae in Excel its a 2 minute job, if not it takes 10 mins.

For multiples in the syringe we have the dose in millilitres to draw up of each drug with a final total in a different colour showing the total volume that should be in the syringe.

Makes it very easy to change if needed. Print and laminate them.

Animalcare do a nice chart I think. Most of them use slightly scary methadone doses to my mind so we do modify that.
