Hi Evelyn,

I have the form filled in and ready to go- had been thinking about it for some time. I was being slightly sarcastic about the otoscope and conscious rabbit, a reference to 'Pets Exposed' which I thought was pretty appalling. Look it up on Youtube if you haven't seen it.

Well, you can't examine a conscious rabbit's teeth without an otoscope, that's for sure.

But you will still be missing an awful lot.

To examine a rabbit's cheek teeth fully you need GA or deep sedation.

It was advised on above course to use an endoscope to properly assess rabbits teeth under GA. I'm sure that using an otoscope on a conscious rabbit does exactly the same job

I attended an excellent one at Accesia in Sweden only about a month ago with Margherita Gracis and Vittorio Capello- highly recommended but I suspect another is not planned for some time, unfortunately.

I don't have their book, but plan to buy it- by far the most comprehensive reference that I have seen.
