&lt;p&gt;My first thought would be to increase the pred dose up to 2mg/kg. Most of the other drugs you could add in, and I&amp;#39;d probably choose cyclosporin, are going to take time to have any benefit so you need to get it under control with the pred even if you&amp;#39;re starting something else as well.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
