I noticed alopecia on the back side and tail and also white coloured growths on lateral of abdomen, in the skin, very similar to fungal infections.
I've seen and used Intrafungal on quite a number of occasions in hamsters and haven't seen an issue.

As for the dose, I can't help at the moment but will try to find out

Parasitic and bacterial causes are more common so you may solve the problem with your xeno treament alone. The baytril is unlikely to be effective as the dose is approx 0.02ml of 2.5% baytril so it would need to drink 50% of the water each day to get the correct amount and fluoroquinolones degrade quickly in light so a standard water container wouldn't preserve the medication for long enough to do this. Direct medication by syringe or hand-feeding a medicated bit of treat food tends to work well even in tiny hamsters.

I tend to do cytology and if I don't get an answer from that (or diagnostics are declined) then try empirical treatment (antiparasitics plus antibiotics if any suspect or open lesions are present). If this is unsuccessful then further diagnostics (dermatophyte culture, biopsy) can be discussed. Neoplasia is common in Syrian hamsters but not so prevalent in dwarf species.
