 I wondered if I could pick your collective brains about this case. A 9y9m old FN DSH, 4d history of inappetance, Clin exam: dehydrated,gr 1 murmur, enlarged firm R kidney, temp 39.3C. (no disrespect intended, but worth a specialists input prior to ex lap if you can in case its a red herring?)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;whats haematology and electrolytes like? Cat obviously has renal disease and pyrexia likely cause of initial inappetance but may have secondary hypokalaemia for example holding it back from full recovery? Urine culture as well&lt;/p&gt;
