We used to have a venerable ex-NHS machine that befitted my dynovet status and I used it to see if pups were viable during whelping (I don't need ultrasound for pregnancy diagnoses - I have things called hands) but when it died I didn't replace it. My logic is that it is probably not a good investment at my age given the number of times I am likely to use it and time spent going on courses is better spent on other CPD I would find more relevant. I don't believe that online courses would be very practical.

Now if I was just starting out with my own practice ultrasound would be near the top of my shopping list as would be CPD courses but they would be practical not on-line based.

RE: Online ultrasound CPD - any thoughts?

Bcf technology have loads of free ones, so is it worth doing those first and then seeing what else you want to cover?
