I know ACE inhibitors aren't great anti-hypertensives, but you could try Prilium.

We have a cat on amlodipine that the owner can not tablet as well. We powder the tablets then suspend them in OraPlus (you can get it off Amazon which is cheaper and easier than through a supplier).

It is on generic tablets. I think we tried Amodip when we got some in but it turned to concrete in the Oraplus.
