I have , even told them to cross reference the puppy registrations on the KC breed supplements with their own particular suffixes and the ads selling them on scumtree . Not interested . Too busy doing VAT inspections checking toilet roll use and whether anyone forgot to pay for their own dog food.

I remember one delightful creature that bad debated us had three separate identities , each alias had a council rental property where bulldogs boxers and pugs were being farmed and sold , each alias was also registered at the PDSA, because each alias was also claiming the same benefits. The info was collated and given to HMRC and the DWP.

The square root of FA happened because someone in these departments has to have the flexibility to step outside their comfort zone and normal procedure to deal with this. The people are pretty horrible and CHAVtastic, and at the end of it all they are unlikely to recover any money or get a custodial sentence. Even if that happens its going to cost us even more to lock them up and feed them while they argue with their mates over the sky remote control.

And, of course, under the strict wording of Wynne's law anyone found guilty of robbing the taxpayer faces immediate execution.

They were on BBC1 this morning with a breeder who made exceedingly large amounts of money selling them to idiots ,She did not want to change anything because ,well, she didn't, You will not change anything until the driving force is addressed , that is the back pocket tax free 12k per litter .
