not very helpful,. but I would have used to use Virbac's Humilac - I've not found a good replacement since this was withdrawn last year...

If regularly shampooing, Virbac's sebocalm might be preferably to malaseb, or used alternately, but I very much agree with owners that what you really need is a decent rinse rather than a shampoo to moistuirse... Perhaps you could shampoo with Sebocalm and then use a chlorhexidine rinse afterwards?

I like allerderm spot-on, but only if cash-to-splash.

I also like essential fatty acid supplemention, and favour lintbells yumega plus. I have also used the Ceva Douxo foam products, the calm range is good for dry skin, and clients love the leave on foam. I think you will find the Allerderm spot-on or similar products expensive for the client long term, and many are weekly applications.

I use Viacutan Plus alot.

I've had clients use evening primrose oil capsules in atopic dogs to some success too.

I really like Nutramega. Easy to give, not too expensive. Might be worth them spending their money on it rather than whatever supplement they're using now seeing as it doesn't seem to be helping in any case.
