 I have a chemo case on Madison Wisconsin protocol. He&amp;#39;s very bright, afebrile but neutrophils have dropped to below where I want. As you are probably aware, there is evidence to suggest that the steroids are of no value anyway (though in my opinion that is not true for all cases).&lt;/p&gt;
