A number of specialists have said they will re-imburse this penalty. But there are areas where there is not an approved practice within a reasonable distance so they will allow clients to go to a nearer one under those circumstances. In the end it is the client&amp;#39;s decision&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
