&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m someone who takes things too literally sometimes - I was wondering why you were moonlighting on an angling holiday &lt;img src="/emoticons/v2/Ashamed_smiley.png" alt="Embarrassed" /&gt; - especially since you lead cycling trips&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Any history of trauma? Seems very high but could spinal or bilateral cruciate injury give rise to something like that?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;ETA: or hunt the tumour?&lt;/p&gt;
