If the pups were going to to get it they would have been infected by now and it is resolving. As you are rightly aware Campylobactor may be an incidental finding in diarrhoea and not the main cause. I&#39;d continue to do whatever you are now doing unless it gets worse again.</p> <p>You should inform the owner of the risks of treating/not treating the bitch and the and cost of testing/not testing all&nbsp;the puppies. You&#39;ve given a risk assessment, it is then their call. I&#39;d take a bet that there are thousands of puppies being sold every year carrying Campylobactor and no-one is any the wiser.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
