This bone is still cartilagenous, so use is less likely to be detrimental.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;On the other hand, I don&amp;#39;t know how such a young puppy would metabolise any painkiller, so I&amp;#39;m unsure what I would do.&lt;/p&gt;
