 I have an Otitis externa case which cultured + for B haemolytic streptococcus. I can&amp;#39;t seem to find any licensed products for dogs. I would happily go for Canaural or other &amp;#39;first&amp;#39; line unless this has been tried as it hits cocci better than culture may suggest.
