I would be very interested in seeing pictures of your weird lamb's genitals.

It is completely impossible to catheterise a make lamb or calf's urethra due to the pelvic flexure in the penis:

A perineal urethrostomy is quite easy in an older animal but I have never done one in a lamb. Could it have had a persistent urachus?

Well, we euthansed him. Vet put a needle into the little pouchy blind end of penis..no urine back and nowhere that felt like you could easily feed a catheterm We did briefly consider gassing hin and slitting caudal to the scrotum to see what happened but the target felt very small and we decided too hard on him to experiment.
