Cat is already on Bisolvon, any other hints or tips? Does nebulisation work, if so, what with?

RE: Decongestants for chronic cat 'flu

I advise putting the cat in its basket next to a bowl of steaming hot water, put a towel over the lot and leave for 5 minutes but make sure it doesn't get too stressed. Or try putting it in the shower room after one of my daughters has been in there - we don't need a steam room after that!!

PS Damn, Kate beat me to it.

RE: Decongestants for chronic cat 'flu

I advise having cat in steamy atmosphere eg bathroom when having a shower, or sit cat in cat box with towel over and bowl of hot water under the towel outside the box, with back end of box not covered to allow steam to pass through- a drop of Olbas oil in the water helps sometimes as well
