I am sure there must be a reason I have not for 11 years in these species and that it is not in the BSAVA formulary.

&lt;p&gt;The cascade is product specific, not active ingredient. &lt;p&gt;However, it is irrelevant whether it is used, effective, ineffective or toxic. The minute the &amp;#39;rodentoligist&amp;#39; prescribed it, they broke the law.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It is in the formulary: Rodents: 1-2 mg/ml of drinking water (use &lt;br /&gt;flavoured products).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Though I have never used it and see no reason to use it over metacam.&lt;a href="/uk/exotics/f/88/t/23922/reply.aspx/reply.aspx"&gt; Post &lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
