I have not used it in epithelotropic lymphoma.&nbsp; Its usually given every 3 weeks if I remember correctly, and response rates to lymphoma in general are moderate. If you do a pubmed search you&#39;ll find some good articles.It is good for rescue not for induction although it could be completely different for epitheliotropic lymphoma. She mentioned Lomustine a couple of times during oncology lecture at BSAVA. Have only tried treating one case of epitheliotrophic lymphoma (oddly in similar age Golden Retriever) - with high dose COP. Dog was quite ill after 1st week&#39;s treatment so&nbsp;owner didn&#39;t want to continue - but the lesions went into remission for several months!</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
