No other clinical signs reported, and other than mild conjunctivitis clinical exam was unremarkable.
We currently have a case - a Tibetan Terrier bitch. Her PCV was 83(!) at first presentation, and I do know her owners - they are conscientious and I don't think they missed or ignored signs. She presented with neurological signs

RE: Polycythaemia(?) The symptoms sound like hypothyroidism but the low T4 could be due to concurrent disease and you would expect a mild anaemia not the opposite. I think you need to wait for your TSH and repeat PCV before anything else. Do you have any biochemistry and WBC count?
