If it gets to CHF then it&amp;#39;s much more difficult as there&amp;#39;ll be remodelling. Most untreated go into CHF within 12m IME.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Having successfully done a couple, they are fairly straightforward. Normal recommendation is to tie off with silk, but PDS seems to work fine. Main issue is retracting the fragile lungs for a period without damage. Technically a bitch spay is more difficult. A good experienced nurse is essential.
