Not for recording, but there are some good spreadsheets for the more 'complicated' protocols e.g. MW, which will work out BSA, doses etc

I can't see why you want anything other than recording it the clinical notes in the animal's file. We would have a kennel charge if I was giving Doxorubicin for example which would record all the normal parameters but specifically the fact that someone had monitored the drip, heart rate/ECG and the premed with antihistamine had been given but that would be in real time not a historical record.

I have an individual paper file/folder for each patient so I can track blood results and changes easilyii in diabetic patients and chemo patients or complicated medical patients on polypharmacy
