I have raised this with our manager and she has chased the rep whom we have a good relationship with, , and it looks like we are able to improve our supplies after all.

My clients who had prescriptions were totally unable to get supplies from their online traders, and as they weren't loyal to us I used my limited supplies for the folk who had always got it from us - so the comment about supplying internet pharmacies for existing patients smacks of naivety at best....

[/quote]If you cancelled you regular order then they would take you off the list but they are non the wiser if you return it. Our rep is brilliant and she will send me additional stock on top of the regular order for individual cases if I request it.

They made it clear to us that it was only going to be available to listed practices and it would not be available online any time soon. Yet again the buying power of the internet shops overcomes good manners and consideration.

Ah that is useful to know you can place the regular order then send it back. We got the email about the regular order availability, and it implied you took the amount Zoetis were going to give you, and that was the only choice.

I then phoned our rep and she didn't suggest sending it back if unused. I pointed out that they were penalising small practices like ours where we have limited patients who need Apoquel, and we got a supply for a single named patient by filling in online application forms.

I raised this with my rep and she said that they are legally obliged to provide internet pharmacies on the same basis as veterinary practices - to supply current patients. As a previous user, I am now getting shedloads of the stuff on my regular pre-order, so much so I'm sending a lot back in sizes I'm not using.
