And you get lower concentrated baby/kids versions too. It is, just like phenylephrin, just another sympathomimeticum. I would be worried about longterm use though, after all it is constricting bloodflow and thereby nutrition and immunodefence of the nasal mucosa. But maybe patient compliance might self limit this problem anyway, just thinking how well they remember last years kennel cough vaccination!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
