&lt;p&gt;For high grade MCT I tend to start with Vinblastine/lomustine combination alternating every 2 weeks for 5-6 cycles. After that I tend to head to Palladia (no Masivet available in Australia).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I reckon if they wont consider Sx trying a vinblastine/lomustine combination would be my next approach, and I believe with the issues you&amp;#39;ve had before with Masivet you would satisfy the criteria of the cascade to head to these drugs now.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
