&lt;p&gt;Do you do it with normal combur test stick, refractometer and sedistain? Chronic dysuria, intermittent anorexia, lethargy and abdominal pain are very common. In house urinalysis is cheap and cheerful to carry out too.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In my experience, bladder stones are pretty common in these cases and I&amp;#39;ve seen some that have filled the whole bladder that haven&amp;#39;t been felt&lt;/p&gt;
