She did not have a surgery to ligate the PDA. And an ACEi to inactivate the RAS system - benazapril would be my choice as it is anti-hypertensive as well. Add in Modurectic if the pulmonary oedema isn&amp;#39;t controlled by frusemide alone. You could do worse than throw in some spironolactone as well. Sildenafil would be a last resort if the others don&amp;#39;t work but double dose Pimobendan often works if you&amp;#39;re losing control.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
