I asked the owner and she new nothing about a possible biopsy done at that time, unfortunately no clinical history either. I let a note to the regular vet about try to get hold of her previous history, and yes, a biopsy is what I prospected to the owner as a second step.

Re: Muco-cutaneous junction ulcers

I think you need a skin biopsy, pity you didn't keep the skin from the lip fold!

Re: Muco-cutaneous junction ulcers

The one i sent out was, mild pawing at sticky eyes but not itchy

Re: Muco-cutaneous junction ulcers

Was it non itchy?

Re: Muco-cutaneous junction ulcers

Sent a similar case for referral recently, hypersensitivity to malassezia or staph spp. diagnosed visually - all periocular, nasal and lip fold lesions resolved with tapered pred
