 I&amp;#39;ve inherited a bit of an odd case from a colleague. A dog with seemingly persistent reticulocytosis but she hasn&amp;#39;t ever been anaemic.

&lt;p&gt;Don&amp;#39;t forget the physiological causes of reticulocytosis. Take a look at the algorithm in the attached pdf.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Can you show us the trend in reticulocytes in VetConnect+ [I assume this is IDEXX from the reference interval]. Can you share the dot plots please?&lt;/p&gt;
