&lt;p&gt;Several thoughts but no conclusions!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Maybe I&amp;#39;m misinterpreting, but there seems to be an almost complete loss of normal bone of the mandible and teeth seem to have the floating-in-nothing appearance, so the loss of the lower canine teeth is not surprising (but there again, cats lose teeth from straightforward periodontal disease and the owners just don&amp;#39;t notice); I am surprised that the left mandibular cheek teeth are not loose.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m pretty sure this is neoplasia, and with a poor prognosis, but as you know you can&amp;#39;t make a certain diagnosis about a lump by looking at it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I don&amp;#39;t think I would give it clindamycin, myself.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
