It never has been. &lt;p&gt;You have to be alive to be able to worry about retarded healing! &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Give the prednisolone; it might save her life. The alleged detrimental effects will be absent or vanishingly small.&lt;/p&gt;

At physiological doses it won&amp;#39;t retard healing. And usual dosing with the daily Florinef. IV fluids for the GA and adequate pain relief. Probably keep in hosp overnight post op for obs. Otherwise GA protocol that you would use normally&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
