&lt;p&gt;It looks like a mixed lymphoid population to me. Surprisingly scant cells for a lymph node aspirate. Does that mean it was not actually from a lymph node? If you got this population of cells from a non-lymphoid organ then you have lymphoma, albeit a very pleomorphic lymphoma. I reckon it would be worth an incisional biopsy.&lt;/p&gt;
