&lt;p&gt;= 0.3-0.6mg/kg &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Panmec is 1% solution so 10mg /ml&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;so 0.03-0.06ml/kg&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;so 0.48 - 0.96ml /16kg &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;which I think is where the 1ml/16kg dose came from - start at half this and work up to full 1ml/16kg&lt;/p&gt;

It was obviously sponsored by a company that is looking to bring out the holy grail of dog anti-parasite treatment, which will do all Advocate does plus ticks and tapeworm but in tablet form.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;However interesting that is it is not the point. We were universal in our condemnation of the ability of Advocate to treat demodex and of Fipronil to kill fleas.
