I like optixcare with hyaluron too- don't think very expensive, and decent size tube. An eye CPD speaker recommended celluvisc for ongoing use in dry eye as it has no preservatives and is not inclined to induce irritation over time when used chronically.

I was exactly the same until some rep or other showed me lubrithral- I went for it as I was a little miffed that clients just kept going up to the chemist and buying viscotears there, instead of from me. I do think the larger tubes 15g ish work out more economical too and as they say cat and dog on them the client thinks they are specific and don't go looking for an alternative elsewhere.
