I tend to go more on &amp;quot;gut feel&amp;quot; for what I consider localised but less than around 8 lesions, particularly if they come and go I&amp;#39;ll call localised. They get better so I don&amp;#39;t tend to treat or monitor other than giving the owners instructions of when to come baqck if they&amp;#39;re worried.
