 I have a patient, a currently slimming (but previously overweight) rescue dog who has only BIOP a few months. I think it might be out of favour these days to use evening primrose oil capsules and zinc supplements, but in the past I can remember using these as an adjunct to other treatments for anal furunculosis. Might it be worth a try using something similar&amp;nbsp;to try to maximise general skin health? Perhaps also some kind of zinc cream preparation might be useful if she spots a lesion in the early stages?&lt;/p&gt;
