&lt;p&gt;I do a single midline abdominal incision. I find them similar in technique but a little trickier than GPs based on smaller overall size and larger amounts of fat around the testicles. Atraumatic forceps are invaluable in grabbing the testicle for exteriorisation without causing damage.&lt;/p&gt;
